We are currently expanding our outbound sales team and are looking for experienced appointment setters who are confident on the phone and thrive in high-performance sales environments.
What You'll Do This is a dedicated cold-calling role. You will speak directly with business owners, mortgage brokers, real estate directors, and other decision-makers across Australia to identify opportunities and schedule qualified appointments for our senior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using our automated dialer.
- Engage decision-makers and business owners.
- Qualify prospects using our proven framework.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Book qualified appointments into consultant calendars.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and records.
- Consistently hit daily and weekly activity targets.
Requirements Essential :
- 1–2+ years of outbound cold-calling experience.
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- B2B Sales
- Lead Generation
- Insurance
- Telecom
- Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)
- High-Ticket Appointment Setting
- Excellent spoken English.
- Strong objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
