Job Description – Academic Executive – IPMAT

Role Overview

We are looking for an Academic Executive – IPMAT to manage and coordinate day-to-day academic operations, ensuring smooth delivery of classes, tests, study material, and student support across IPMAT programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with students, faculty, content, and academic teams for smooth academic delivery.
- Manage class schedules, recordings, uploads, study material, assignments, and academic updates.
- Prepare and maintain Faculty Planning & Coordination (FPC) and academic trackers.
- Coordinate mock tests, sectional tests, quizzes, and assessments as per the academic calendar.
- Coordinate with faculty for YouTube sessions, topic planning, and content readiness.
- Assist in course/batch creation, faculty mapping, scheduling, and batch-page audits.
- Handle student academic queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.




- Evaluate answer-writing submissions and provide structured feedback wherever required.
- Identify academic gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Support the Academic Head/Manager in maintaining academic quality and improving processes.

Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong spoken English.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and online learning platforms.
- Student-centric approach and robust attention to detail.

Mandatory Criteria
- Candidate must have appeared for an All India competitive examination such as CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, UPSC, SSC, etc.
- Strong spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- Familiarity with IPMAT, CAT, aptitude-based entrance exams, or competitive exam preparation will be an added advantage.
