Opportunity:
We are looking for a Part-Time Finance Operations & Sales Support Associate to support our Sales team with day-to-day finance and operational activities during partial US working hours.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable working with customers and internal teams.
Prior experience in finance operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do?
- Raise and manage customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with vendors for onboarding and collect the required information/documents.
- Confirm and track customer payment receipts.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Handle ad-hoc finance and operational queries from the Sales team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve pending issues.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending invoices, payments, or documentation.
- Support the Sales team with other finance-related operational tasks as required.
Key Requirements
What are we looking for?
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or a related qualification preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
