Role Overview

Acuver Consulting is seeking a highly mature, strategic Enterprise Architect with 12+ years of extensive experience, hands-on expertise in the IBM Sterling OMS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Architectural Ownership: Drive long-term business architecture and strategy for enterprise-scale IBM Sterling OMS implementations. You will be the final decision-maker on architectural strategy, superseding project management in technical direction.
- Client Leadership & Governance: Act as the primary technical advisor and face of the account for senior client stakeholders. Lead rigorous governance processes and translate complex business challenges into scalable technical roadmaps.
- Modernization & Engineering Execution: Architect and oversee complex Sterling ecosystem upgrades (UI and Backend), while driving the adoption of up-to-date engineering practices including Cloud Migration, Containerization,



and DevOps integration.
- Ecosystem Integration: Lead the implementation of the Aekyam framework alongside core Sterling engineering, ensuring seamless integration with broader enterprise systems and AI capabilities.
- Practice Development & Upskilling: Constantly upskill and drive technology adoption within the organization. Work alongside our internal Tech Cohort to review architectures, mentor technical leads, and elevate the OMS practice s overall engineering maturity.
Requirements
- Deep IBM Sterling OMS Mastery: Extensive, mature, and hands-on experience (12+ years) specifically within the IBM Sterling OMS ecosystem. Expert-level understanding of core architecture, Promising and Allocation engines, Inventory Visibility, and complex customizations.
