Role & responsibilities
- 08+ Years of Exp. In Procurement and Supply Chain Preferably in MEP Equipment AMC’s PAN India , Indirect Purchase and Asset Management , Facility Management, Spares , Consumables etc
- Higher weightage will be given to candidate with hands on experience with finalization of Annual maintenance contract for MEP Equipment’s & Soft Services. Proficient with PR-PO process, should have knowledge of handling procurement for facility management services, which includes, Maintenance Services , Annual Maintenance contracts like , Lifts , Chillers , HVAC , Consumables , STP / WTP Plants , Faade Cleaning Contracts , Pest Control Contracts , Drain Chamber Cleaning & other Soft Services .
- Should have good SAP ERP knowledge,



should have hands on knowledge of MS office Using Ariba Sourcing Tool will be added advantage.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports
- Valuable Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact across level & manage relevant Stake holders
- An attitude to like to work with “change” with high degree of flexibility
- An ability to “listen in” what is required just now from stakeholders, employees and suppliers
- Team spirit attitude with the wish to “grow” the people working in the group
- Sharp negotiation skills with creative problem solving abilities
