Role & responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising, Purchase, Stores, Cutting, Stitching, Lasting, Assembly, Packing, and Quality departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production progress against the plan and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and accessories before production starts.
- Plan manpower allocation according to production requirements.
- Track line-wise production targets and actual output.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Update and maintain production planning reports and dashboards.




- Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments regarding material shortages.
- Ensure production schedules meet customer delivery commitments.
- Prepare daily production status reports for management.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory and minimize excess stock.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
- Coordinate with the Quality department to minimize rework and production losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and manufacturing standards.
