About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented
BTL Manager & Centre Operations Manager
to manage on-ground marketing initiatives as well as the overall operations of the centre. The role will be responsible for driving local lead generation, managing BTL activities, ensuring smooth centre operations, improving learner experience, and supporting business and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
BTL/Field Marketing, Centre/Branch Operations, team management, stakeholder coordination, and customer experience
.

Key Responsibilities

BTL & Local Marketing
- Plan and execute
BTL campaigns, events, activations, workshops, and local marketing initiatives
.
- Identify suitable locations, institutions, events, and partnerships to generate quality leads.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, partners, and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Manage event logistics, branding,



promotional materials, and manpower.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
- Conduct competitor and local market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage BTL budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spends.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely lead handover and follow-up.

Centre Operations
- Manage the
end-to-end day-to-day operations of the centre
.
- Own centre-level operational and business targets.
- Manage and monitor centre staff, including Sales, Academic, and Support teams.
- Drive team productivity, performance, attendance, and adherence to processes.
- Ensure a high-quality
learner/customer experience
at the centre.
- Coordinate with Sales, Academic, Marketing, Placements, and Central Operations teams.
- Monitor admissions, collections, attendance, learner engagement, and other centre-level metrics.
