;The RoleWe are looking for a Manager HR Talent Acquisition to work closely with the Head HR in building andstrengthening the HR function, with significant ownership across Talent Acquisition and HR operations.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a growing organisation and wants broad exposure across TalentAcquisition and HR. The role will involve working closely with the Head HR and business leaders to build astructured approach to hiring while establishing and strengthening core HR processes.Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across functions such as Sales and Marketing Partner with the Head HR to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, managerecruitment processes and ensure timely closure of positions Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job portals, recruitment partnersand other relevant channels; continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and quality of hire Support and manage HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HRMS, HRMIS, documentation, payroll coordination,



employee queries and other core HR processes Support implementation of HR policies and processes, performance cycles, employee engagementinitiatives and grievance / employee-relations matters as the HR function evolves Build recruitment and HR reporting, tracking headcount, hiring pipeline, time-to-hire, offer-to-joinconversion, attrition and other relevant metrics, and use insights to improve processesThe Successful ApplicantWe are looking for a high-energy HR qualified with strong recruitment experience and the ability tomanage broader HR responsibilities 3 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institution Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably across sales / commercial and corporatefunctions Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, promoter-led or recently scaled organisatio
