About the Role

Business Skool is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for connecting with assigned leads, explaining the Workshop, coordinating BDM meetings, following up on payments, maintaining sales data, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for registered clients.

The role covers the complete coordination cycle — from lead contact and Workshop explanation to BDM meeting scheduling, payment follow-up, deal closure, reporting, and client welcome communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Connect & Workshop Explanation
- Connect with both new and old leads assigned for Workshop conversion.
- Contact leads through calls and discussions.
- Clearly explain the Workshop, its structure, process, and benefits.
- Understand lead requirements and address their queries.
- Follow up with interested leads and support their conversion into confirmed Workshop registrations.





BDM Zoom Meeting Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule Zoom meetings between qualified leads/clients and the BDM.
- Coordinate with the BDM regarding meeting availability and timing.
- Share relevant lead information and discussion context with the BDM before the meeting.
- Send meeting confirmations and reminders to leads/clients.
- Ensure scheduled meetings happen on time and minimize no-shows.

Payment Follow-up & Deal Closure
- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments after the BDM meeting.
- Coordinate with clients to complete the payment process.
- Handle basic payment-related queries and objections.
- Maintain regular follow-up until the committed deal is closed.
- Ensure proper payment confirmation and timely closure of deals.

Sales Reports & Data Management
- Maintain and regularly update sales and follow-up reports.
- Keep lead and client information accurate and updated.
