Role Description
The Placement/Recruitment Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City. The role involves coordinating end-to-end placement activities for learners, including identifying suitable job opportunities, building relationships with healthcare and life sciences organizations, and managing recruitment drives.



The executive will liaise with hiring managers, collect and refine job requirements, prepare job descriptions, and align candidate profiles with employer needs. Daily tasks include screening resumes, scheduling and conducting preliminary interviews, maintaining placement records, and tracking outcomes. The role also includes supporting learners with interview preparation, updating placement reports, and collaborating with faculty and the academic team to improve employability initiatives.

Qualifications
