Purpose of the Role : To plan, coordinate, monitor, and control production activities to ensure timely execution of manufacturing orders with optimum utilization of resources, minimum WIP, and adherence to delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning, Scheduling & capacity loading across departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders.
- Issue production schedules to fabrication, machining, assembly, and painting shops.




- Coordinate with shop floor supervisors for execution as per plan.
- Track progress and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure smooth material and process flow between departments.
- Material Planning & Control
- Check material availability against production plans & coordinate for material availability
- Monitor WIP for minimum WIP stocks at any given time to implement JIT concept
- Ensure adherence to committed delivery dates.
- Update dispatch status to sales/customer service.
- Track daily production output vs plan.
- Highlight deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Support production efficiency and lead time reduction initiatives.
