Are you an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, employee management, and people development? Join Webo App Discovery and take ownership of our HR function while helping us build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle

? Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding

? Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and payroll coordination

? Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs

? Manage employee performance, appraisals, engagement, and retention

? Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns

? Coordinate manpower planning and hiring requirements with management





? Maintain HR documentation and prepare regular HR reports

?️ What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Management / HR Operations, preferably in IT

✅ Strong understanding of recruitment and complete employee lifecycle management

✅ Experience with attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple HR activities in a rapid-paced environment

✅ Good knowledge of HRMS and standard HR tools

? Preferred:

? Experience in a Software Development / IT / SaaS company

? Experience hiring developers, QA engineers, project managers, and other IT professionals

? Knowledge of HR compliance, performance management, and employee engagement
