Job Summary

Seeking an experienced WLAN Testing Architect with solid expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 technologies and end-to-end validation of Wireless Router, Gateway, Access Point, and Mesh solutions. The candidate will lead test strategy, automation, interoperability, performance, and certification testing for next-generation WLAN products.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive end-to-end WLAN test strategy and architecture.
- Lead validation of Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7 features including MLO, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, Beamforming, and EasyMesh.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Interoperability, Performance, and Certification testing.
- Validate Router, Gateway, Access Point, and Mesh networking solutions.
- Drive test automation and CI/CD integration for WLAN validation.
- Analyze packet traces,



troubleshoot protocol issues, and provide root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, chipset vendors, and customer teams.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in WLAN Testing and Test Architecture.
- Expertise in Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), Wi-Fi 6/6E, IEEE 802.11 protocols, EasyMesh, WPA2/WPA3.
- Hands-on experience in End-to-End Testing, Interoperability Testing, Performance Testing, and Certification Testing.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, Routing, VLANs, QoS.
- Experience with packet analysis tools such as Wireshark, IxChariot, IXIA, Spirent, Octoscope, or Veriwave.
- Strong scripting/automation experience using Python, Shell, or Robot Framework.
