About the Role RP2 India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a target-driven Senior Business Development Executive to promote its career-focused programs in Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and Agentic AI. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, student counselling, program recommendation, enquiry conversion, CRM follow-up, and achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls, digital enquiries, referrals, social media, educational institutions, and events.
• Counsel prospective students based on their educational background and career goals.
• Recommend suitable programs and clearly explain course advantages, curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with students, parents, alumni, colleges, and institutional partners.
• Generate referrals and participate in educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Share student feedback, market insights, and competitor information with management. Required Skills
