Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of Plastic injection moulds.
- Knowledge of Hot Runner moulds.
- Assembly of Hot Runner Moulds
- Handle mould fitting, assembly / disassembly
- Identify and resolve mould-related issues.
- Maintain tool history and ensure mould readiness at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in plastic injection mould maintenance.
- Must have knowledge of handling hot runner moulds.
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering.
- Should be able to work independently with solid problem-solving skills.
- Must have knowledge of Manifold, Assembly , Dis- Assembly
- Work will be in Day shift only for 10 Hours
