Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Syndicated Loan Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of a portfolio of syndicated loan facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processing throughout the loan lifecycle. The position demands a solid understanding of syndicated loan structures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities include providing operational support for both syndicated and bilateral loans, managing the full loan lifecycle, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, processing all loan-related transactions, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless loan servicing. This role is critical in safeguarding the operational integrity of the department and enabling the bank to effectively manage its syndicated loan portfolio.

Our Loan Operations team plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and productive transaction processing across a range of complex financial products. Successful coordination with the business and the implementation of robust risk management procedures and controls are essential to protect both the firm and our clients.
