Job Summary

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering, preferably in the Healthcare domain. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in scripting, workload modelling, test execution, monitoring, performance analysis, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute load, stress, volume, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Develop and maintain performance scripts using LoadRunner/LRE, NeoLoad.
- Perform API and end-to-end performance testing for healthcare applications.
- Develop workload models based on business volumes, concurrency, and transaction mix.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, Splunk, Mulesoft/Workato, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Analyze response time, throughput, error rates, CPU, memory, and other resource utilization metrics.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and other technical teams to resolve performance issues.




- Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
- Support release readiness and performance sign-off activities.
- Communicate performance results, risks, issues, and recommendations effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
- Independently manage performance testing activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience.
- Strong Healthcare domain experience.
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner/LRE and/or NeoLoad.
- Good experience in API performance testing and workload modelling.
- Strong understanding of performance monitoring and bottleneck analysis.
- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
