About HiWox

HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation across 9 areas of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building a multidisciplinary founding team across healthcare, technology, product, data and wellness.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mental & Emotional Wellness Expert who can help build the mental and emotional wellness function at HiWox, develop evidence-informed frameworks and contribute to personalized wellness programs, assessments, content and interventions.





This is an equity-based founding team chance for someone who wants to contribute to building a long-term preventive wellness ecosystem rather than work only as a conventional consultant.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and structured approaches for assessing and improving mental and emotional wellness.
- Contribute to HiWoxs wellness assessment and Digital Health Index by identifying relevant mental and emotional wellness parameters.
- Design evidence-informed wellness programs focused on stress management, emotional resilience, lifestyle balance, self-awareness and healthy coping mechanisms.
- Work with the product and data teams to convert mental and emotional wellness concepts into measurable parameters, assessments and user journeys.
- Develop educational content, resources, workshops, webinars, podcasts and expert-led sessions around mental and emotional wellness.
