Concurrent Audit Executive / Senior Executive BFSI

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Concurrent Audit team for BFSI clients. The role involves conducting ongoing audits of banking and financial services operations, identifying control gaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform concurrent audits of banking operations, lending processes, treasury activities, and other BFSI functions.
- Review transactions and processes for compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit standards.
- Identify operational risks, control weaknesses, and process improvement opportunities.
- Verify adherence to guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare audit observations, reports, and management presentations.
- Follow up on audit findings and track closure of observations.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal audit teams.




- Maintain proper documentation and audit working papers.

Required Qualifications
- CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience.
- 1–5 years of experience in Concurrent Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, or Risk Advisory within BFSI.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, credit processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Good analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation.

Preferred Skills
- Experience auditing public sector, private sector, or cooperative banks.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, credit monitoring, treasury operations, and RBI regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
