Volody is looking for a motivated and organized Project Management Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across teams. This is an entry-level chance suited for candidates who have completed an internship in project management, operations, business administration, or a related field and are looking to build their career in project management.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and eager to learn project management processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects from initiation through completion.
- Support Project Managers in maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Track project progress and proactively highlight delays, risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.




- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, and other project-related records.
- Prepare regular project status updates and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying project risks and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Help ensure projects follow defined processes, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support cross-functional communication between business, product, technology, operations, and other teams.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to improve project execution.
- Learn and effectively use project management and collaboration tools adopted by the organization.
