Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and monitor elevator installation activities across assigned project sites.

* Supervise installation teams, contractors, and technicians to ensure smooth execution.

* Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and company standards.

* Coordinate with Project, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Service teams for timely project execution.

* Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and take corrective action for delays.

* Ensure proper availability of materials, tools, manpower, and equipment at site.

* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure installation quality meets defined standards.

* Identify technical issues during installation and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

* Ensure compliance with applicable elevator codes, statutory requirements, and company safety procedures.

* Maintain installation reports, progress reports, site records, and material reconciliation.

* Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors,



and site representatives whenever required.

* Support testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of elevators.

* Monitor installation productivity and contractor performance.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at all installation sites.

* Train and guide installation supervisors and technicians on work methods, quality, and safety.

* Support resolution of customer complaints and site-related technical issues during installation.

* Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.

Key Competencies & Skills Requirement
- Knowledge of engineering materials, drawings, BOMs
- Robust negotiation and vendor handling skills
- ERP / SAP / Tally / Oracle exposure
- Understanding of GST, Incoterms, payment terms
- Communication and coordination skills
- Analytical and cost-conscious mindset
