Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and technical support for company equipment and systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment operates efficiently and reliably while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.





The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in servicing commercial kitchen equipment and should be capable of troubleshooting complex technical issues both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, electronic, and control-system issues.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Perform equipment testing and ensure proper functioning after service.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and technical requirements.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and basic training to customers/operators.
- Maintain service records, spare-parts requirements, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, engineering, and spare-parts
