About the Role

Blessing Softtech is looking for a tech-savvy CRM Executive who can own the customer conversation end to end — from the first cold outreach to a long-term, repeat relationship. This is a hands-on role: you will run outreach across WhatsApp, calls, email and community channels, keep the CRM clean and current, handle inbound support, and progressively automate the repetitive parts of the workflow so the team spends its time on conversations, not on copy-paste.

We are a small, quick-moving team. You will work directly with the founder, see the impact of your work quickly, and have real freedom to redesign a process when you can prove a better one.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Outreach




- Manage day-to-day customer communication over WhatsApp (including WhatsApp Business / API), SMS, email and phone.
- Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers — qualification, follow-ups, demos, renewals and feedback calls.
- Run cold outreach and cold PR: build prospect lists, write and personalise first-touch messages, and follow up on a disciplined cadence.
- Handle Gmail / Google Workspace inboxes: templates, labels, filters, shared inbox hygiene and timely response SLAs.

Campaigns & Channels
- Plan, execute and track email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns — segmentation, message copy, scheduling, A/B tests and performance reporting.
- Manage community and channel presence, including Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora and relevant industry groups — participate authentically, answer questions, and generate qualified inbound interest.
- Support channel and partner relationships: onboarding, regular check-ins, shared collateral and co-marketing activity.
