Job Description:
Responsible for managing and growing Cremberie’s online sales across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The role involves maintaining product listings, coordinating orders and inventory, monitoring sales performance, executing online promotions, and ensuring product availability and visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Cremberie products on e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, images and descriptions.
- Monitor online orders, sales, cancellations and customer issues.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, sales and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate online offers, discounts and promotional campaigns.
- Track online sales and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and promotions.
- Ensure accurate MRP, pack size and product information.
- Coordinate with marketplace partners to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback.
- Support online sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Maintain records of sales, orders, promotions and settlements.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Any degree; preferably BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing or E-Commerce.
- Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce, FMCG, food/dairy, marketplace or online sales operations.
- Experience with e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
