We are hiring two Application Support Engineers to join our Production Support team in Bengaluru. Operating strictly in a Work-from-Office setup, these roles focus on maintaining system stability, system health monitoring, and issue resolution for critical enterprise platforms. You will utilize your technical background in PL/SQL, Java code debugging, and MongoDB to diagnose complex technical incidents, coordinate with engineering teams, and minimize business downtime.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. L2/L3 Incident & Problem Management
- Monitor application health, alert triggers, and system logs to identify and address operational anomalies proactively.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for resolving production issues under strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within established Incident Management workflows.
- Lead post-incident reviews, document post-mortems, and collaborate with core development teams on permanent bug fixes.

2. Technical Troubleshooting & Code Debugging
- Analyze, trace, and debug Java application code to pinpoint runtime errors, memory issues,



or stack trace exceptions.
- Execute and optimize complex PL/SQL database queries and scripts to resolve data inconsistency issues in relational stores.
- Support NoSQL database operations, analyzing collections and querying data within MongoDB.

3. Operational Continuity & Collaboration
- Partner with global engineering, database administration (DBA), and infrastructure teams during minor and major incidents.
- Support data pipeline troubleshooting and gain exposure to cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
- Maintain operational runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge bases.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct experience in application support, production support, or technical operations.
