Future Growth Path: Business Development & Operations Manager → Senior Manager → General Manager – Business Operations → Head of Business / Director – Operations.

We serve customers across India and international markets and are continuously expanding our product range, dealer network and global presence. This role is designed to become the Director's trusted second-in-command.

Role Summary

This is a leadership role rather than a conventional sales or operations position. You will work directly with the Director and oversee business development, customer relationships, operations, exports, finance coordination, GST coordination, marketing coordination, reporting and team development.



The long-term objective is to independently manage major business functions and contribute to the company's strategic growth.

Business Development

Identify new business opportunities, build dealer/OEM/distributor relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial proposals, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, expand domestic and international markets, coordinate exhibitions and monitor conversion rates.

Customer Relationship Management

Serve as the primary contact for key customers, resolve escalations, coordinate with internal departments, maintain long-term dealer relationships and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Operations & Order Management

Oversee the complete order lifecycle from confirmation to delivery, coordinate production, warehouse and dispatch, monitor stock, shipments and returns, liaise with DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart and freight partners, identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.

Finance, Invoicing, GST & Compliance
