Job Profile

The Corporate Marketing plays a pivotal role in supporting the hospitals marketing and branding initiatives. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing corporate tie-ups, analysing market trends, and enhancing the hospital's visibility and patient engagement through strategic outreach.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Identify and approach corporates, TPAs, insurance firms, PSUs, and government bodies for empanelment and healthcare partnerships.
- Drive corporate wellness programs, annual health check-up packages, and on-site medical camps.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to create promotional content and campaigns.




- Manage corporate client relationships and facilitate health check-up camps, wellness programs, and tie-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Organize and manage promotional events, CMEs, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital tools, and CRM systems.
