About the Role

Sprint Upp is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and growth-oriented Management Trainee who wants to build practical experience in business operations, e-commerce management, and online payment management.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates at the beginning of their careers who want hands-on exposure to managing online business processes. The selected candidate will work closely with our team and learn how day-to-day e-commerce operations, order processing, online payments, reporting, and customer coordination are managed professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations across online platforms.
- Upload and update product details, prices, descriptions, images, inventory, and other information.
- Monitor incoming orders and coordinate their processing and fulfilment.
- Track order status, shipping, delivery,



cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Assist in managing online payments and maintaining transaction records.
- Verify successful, failed, pending, and refunded payment transactions.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, expenses, and operational activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Identify operational issues and report them to the concerned manager.
- Assist with basic customer support and resolve order-related queries professionally.
- Support the team in improving e-commerce workflows and overall operational efficiency.
- Perform other administrative and management-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
