Job Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and develop design concepts.
- Handle client meetings, design discussions and regular coordination.
- Prepare material, colour, furniture and finish presentations.
- Create 3D models and photorealistic interior renders.
- Prepare multiple design views and revisions as per client feedback.
- Prepare BOQs, quantities and project specifications.
- Coordinate approved designs with the AutoCAD and execution teams.
- Maintain client approvals, revision records and meeting points.
- Ensure consistency between design, BOQ and final execution.

Required Skills
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and interior materials.
- Proficiency in SketchUp/3ds Max and V-Ray/Corona/Enscape.
- Basic AutoCAD and Photoshop knowledge.
- Experience in commercial interiors, modular furniture or turnkey projects will be preferred.
