Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help grow our IT services business by generating high-quality leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have experience working with international clients and strong knowledge of mobile application and website development services.

The candidate should be capable of generating leads from various platforms and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, email outreach, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire clients.
- Manage communication with clients from different countries and time zones.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable mobile app and web development solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations,



and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in IT service sales (mobile app & web development).
- Excellent lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of mobile app development, website development, and digital solutions.
- Ability to convert leads into successful deals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of closing IT service deals.
- Experience working on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Existing client database or ready-to-start clients will be a strong advantage.
- Experience working with IT service companies or digital agencies.
