Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and following up with potential customers through calls, meetings, and presentations. The Sales Business Development professional will perform market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings, and will use these insights to propose suitable solutions and offerings.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, and providing consistent customer service before and after the sale. The role also includes meeting defined sales targets, preparing reports on activities and performance, and representing MSME Yugem at relevant events or client meetings in the Ahmedabad region.
