Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineer - Civil to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in civil maintenance and finishing works.

Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance requirements and recommend corrective actions.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil maintenance activities, repairs, and renovation projects.
- Generate work orders, document job details, and assign tasks to appropriate team members.
- Monitor and inspect completed maintenance work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation using digital tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, or other maintenance management systems.
- Communicate maintenance policies,



procedures, and updates to maintenance staff and contractors.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and outsourced service providers to ensure effective project execution and facility upkeep.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials, tools, and spare parts and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Support budget planning by recommending maintenance-related expenditures and improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades, repairs, overhauls, and modifications to facility systems and structures.
- Actively participate in renovation and remodeling projects, including supervision of carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
