HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in Recruitment and HR Operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring-related documentation.
- Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, walk-in interviews, and other talent acquisition activities.
- Assist with offer documentation, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR documentation and administrative activities.
- Assist with attendance, leave, employee data, and other basic HR operations.
- Support employee induction, engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.




- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
- Provide overall coordination and administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Prior internship or exposure to HR/recruitment is an added advantage.
