What role will you play?
In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology experts to enhance the HR-Reward platform and drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Leveraging emerging technology trends, you will design and deliver cutting-edge, efficient, and agile solutions. Your work will focus on meeting client needs while advancing the platform's capabilities.

What You Offer
- Proficient in developing scalable backend services (Java, Python, Node.js)



and dynamic front-end applications using frameworks like React, Angular and Single SPA
- Skilled in creating RESTful APIs, contributing to microservices, and implementing serverless architectures for modular system design
- Experienced in integrating with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for efficient data management
- Adept in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Argo CI/CD, Bamboo, GitHub Action, Bitbucket), containerization with Docker, and deployments in Kubernetes or cloud environments
- Strong expertise in unit testing (JUnit), API testing (Postman), version control (Git), and maintaining clean, effective code standards
