Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, lead generation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance tracking.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage social media channels and develop strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and execute lead-generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales,



and development teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, and other key performance indicators.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Create regular reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor, market, and audience research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage email marketing, remarketing, and customer-engagement campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, tools, and best practices.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall ROI.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Me
