As a Customer Success Manager Collections at Tracxn, you will manage a portfolio of customers and drive timely payment realization while maintaining solid customer relationships. You will regularly engage with customers over calls and emails, understand payment blockers, resolve concerns, and tactfully drive payment closure.The role requires strong communication, customer empathy, negotiation, follow-up, and ownership skills, with regular interaction with senior stakeholders such as CXOs, Partners, VCs, Finance, and Procurement teams globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Own customer accounts and proactively follow up on invoices raised, through calls and emails, to ensure timely payment and track commitments through closure throughout the subscription lifecycle.
- Understand the root cause of payment delays and work with customers and internal teams to resolve blockers.
- Handle customer concerns around discounts, pricing, platform dissatisfaction, service issues, and payment extensions with empathy and commercial awareness.
- Balance customer needs with business objectives through a firm,



professional, and solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Operations teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Identify at-risk and overdue accounts, escalate appropriately, and minimize revenue leakage and potential churn.
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and provide timely updates on collection status.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Collections, Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, or similar B2B roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong phone and email etiquette.
- Strong customer empathy, negotiation, objection-handling, ownership, and persistence, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and drive timely closure.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations, understand customer needs, and tactfully drive payment closure while engaging confidently with senior stake
