We are now looking for a
Social Media & Account Manager
who can take complete ownership of assigned client accounts — from planning and coordination to approvals, publishing, analytics and reporting.

This is not only a social media posting role.

You will be responsible for making sure
every client's work is planned, organised, tracked and delivered on time.

What You'll Be Doing
- Take complete day-to-day ownership of assigned client accounts.
- Understand each client's business, audience,



objectives and communication requirements.
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content plans.
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Plan campaigns, reels, carousels, static posts, stories and topical content.
- Brief content writers, designers and video editors clearly.
- Assign internal timelines for copy, design, review, client approval and publishing.
- Track every deliverable and ensure deadlines are adhered to.
- Follow up internally before deadlines rather than after work becomes delayed.
- Manage client feedback, approvals, revisions and communication professionally.
- Ensure creatives meet quality, brand and content standards before being sent to the client.
- Schedule and publish approved content across relevant platforms.
- Ensure captions, tags, links, formats, ratios and publishing details are correct.
