Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors EC with Middle East Payroll.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and design payroll solutions aligned with local compliance.
- Configure EC modules and payroll rules, ensuring seamless integration.
- Provide guidance on statutory requirements (GOSI, WPS, gratuity, end-of-service perks, etc.).
