Digital Transformation Strategy Roadmap Define and drive the company s digital transformation roadmap in line with business priorities and growth plans Assess existing processes and identify opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency,



control and decision-makingthrough technology Define the target technology architecture and determine what should be built, bought, integrated or retained Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility and organizational readiness2. Business Process Systems Transformation Lead digitization of critical processes across operations, supply chain, inventory, commercial and customer-facingfunctions Build on and integrate existing platforms, including the manufacturing ERP and CRM / Salesforce, while identifyingand addressing gaps in the current technology landscape Develop connected workflows across inventory, distribution, sales, customers, projects and other key businessprocesses Reduce dependence on fragmented Excel-based processes and manual MIS through appropriate digital solutions Work with business teams to redesign processes where technology can materially improve how the organizationoperates3.
