Job Summary

Sunny Boats Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and develop strong client relationships. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their boat requirements, generating and following up on leads, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage sales activities and follow-ups effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities for boats through direct enquiries, referrals, dealers, networking, and other channels.

2. Coordinate with prospective and existing clients to understand their boat requirements, budgets, specifications, and expectations.

3. Present and explain boat models, features, specifications, pricing, customization options,



and other relevant product information to customers.

4. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, product information, and other sales-related documents with clients.

5. Regularly follow up with prospective clients regarding enquiries, quotations, negotiations, approvals, and order confirmations.

6. Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and other business partners.

7. Coordinate with production, design, purchase, finance, service, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.

8. Assist in negotiations with customers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, specifications, and commercial terms as per company policies.

9. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, orders, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.

10. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
