Job Summary

House of Vacations India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and creative Creative Head – Advertising & Brand Positioning to lead our advertising, creative communication, and brand-building initiatives across Travel, MICE, FIT, Resorts, Hospitality and Digital Content.

The ideal candidate should think like an Advertising Agency Creative Head — capable of taking a product, understanding its target audience and USP, and converting it into a strong creative concept, advertising campaign and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop advertising concepts, campaigns, taglines, scripts and creative communication.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning for House of Vacations and its different business verticals.
- Create campaigns for MICE,



Corporate Travel, FIT Holidays, Group Tours, Resorts, Luxury Travel and Destination Experiences.
- Develop creative concepts for digital, social media, video, print and promotional campaigns.
- Lead creative direction for The Explorer and other digital content channels.
- Develop brand films, reels, travel stories, promotional videos and branded content.
- Create creative presentations, pitch decks, brochures and sales-support materials.
- Work closely with Sales, MICE, Operations, Product and Digital Marketing teams.
- Lead and manage Designers, Video Editors, Content Creators, Photographers, Copywriters and external creative agencies.
- Ensure creative work is aligned with business objectives, customer expectations and brand standards.

What We Are Looking For
- 7–12 years of experience in Advertising, Creative, Branding, Marketing Communications, Digital Media or related fields.
