Were looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of Grath’s business growth by identifying high-potential brands, building solid relationships with decision-makers and converting opportunities into long-term business.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Own the end-to-end business development process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Identify and acquire new brands across beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, food, D2C and emerging categories.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value prospects and business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with founders, marketing heads, brand managers, agencies and key decision-makers.
- Identify brands with an existing or potential requirement for influencer marketing and position Grath as a strategic partner.
- Drive new business revenue through influencer marketing campaigns, creator collaborations and digital solutions.

Client Acquisition & Conversion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand a brand’s objectives, target audience, marketing plans and budgets.
- Develop relevant pitches and campaign opportunities in collaboration with Grath’s internal teams.
- Present Grath’s creator network, capabilities and campaign solutions to prospective clients.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and closure of deals.
