Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, maintain accurate accounts, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper allocation of costs.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support tax preparation and statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain organized and confidential financial records.




- Assist management with financial information and reports when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,596.26 - ₹41,734.46 per month
