Position: CAE Machining & Assembly FEA Model Build

Work Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Tool Experience: NX Simcenter, Hypermesh, NASTRAN, ABAQUS

Work Location: Chennai

Immediate Joiner
- Collect all necessary input from program teams to perform meshing & analysis
- Generate FE mesh (2D & 3D) for the part & fixture components.
- Predict cutting forces as required from process parameters for machining analysis.
- Based on the loads & boundary conditions generate the CAE model set up file
- Upload file to HPC & Run Simulation in HPC
- Post processing and report generation

Domain Skills Required : FEA Meshing (2D & 3D) , Static Linear & Non-Linear analysis

Software: NX Simcenter, Hypermesh, NASTRAN, ABAQUS
