Real Estate Sales Executive – Plot Sales Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Incentives Experience: 4–5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Location: Local / Field Work Job Responsibilities - Customers से फोन और face-to-face बात करना। - Customers को plots की जानकारी देना और उन्हें convince करना। - Interested customers को site visit पर ले जाना और plots दिखाना। - Customers की जरूरत के अनुसार सही plot suggest करना। - Regular follow-up करके sales और booking करवाना। - Price और other details को अच्छे से समझाना। - Customer के साथ negotiation और deal closing में मदद करना। Requirements - Real Estate / Plot Sales में 4–5 साल का experience जरूरी। - Local area की अच्छी जानकारी हो। - लोगों से अच्छे से बात करने और convince करने की ability हो। - अच्छा communication और customer handling skill हो। - Sales और deal close करने की समझ हो। - Field work और site visits के लिए comfortable हो। - Two-wheeler होना preferred। हम ऐसे candidate की तलाश में हैं जो customers को अच्छे से handle कर सके, plots दिखा सके और sales/booking करवाने की क्षमता रखता हो।

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
