Role Overview

We are hiring
Process Specialists
with relevant experience in
Order Management, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Source-to-Fulfill (S2F), and Quality
processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Order Management / Q2C / S2F activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Monitor process quality and SLA adherence.
- Perform quality checks and resolve process-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Follow defined SOPs, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.




- Identify and support opportunities for process improvement.
