Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from planning and mobilization through completion and handover.
- Develop and monitor project schedule, budget, resources, and manpower requirements.
- Manage site execution and ensure works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Review and coordinate architectural, MEP, structural, and interior fit-out drawings to identify clashes and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of their assigned works.
- Review BOQ, material requirements, procurement schedules, variations, and cost implications.
- Coordinate material approvals, samples, mock-ups, and procurement to avoid project delays.




- Ensure quality control and proper execution of works such as joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors, furniture, and finishes.
- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders to resolve project issues.
- Monitor project risks, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, project procedures, and applicable standards.
- Manage testing, snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, approvals, RFIs, inspection records, variations, and as-built documentation.
- Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and other project team members.
- Ensure successful project completion within the agreed time, cost, quality, and client expectations.
