Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Relationship Manager to lead our NRI and International Sales vertical. The role involves managing existing client relationships, expanding our NRI client base, and offering tailored investment solutions across domestic and offshore products. The ideal candidate should have solid interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of investment products, and a passion for building long-term relationships with global clients.

1. Client Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.

2. Investment Recommendations




- Assess clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and liquidity needs to design customized investment portfolios.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews considering economic conditions and asset allocation requirements.
- Present and explain Alphabet Investment’s suite of products including equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and offshore investment opportunities.

3. Business Development
- Identify opportunities to grow the client base through referrals, networking, and market outreach.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth, sales targets, and client satisfaction objectives.

4. Market Insights & Reporting
- Stay updated with global market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
- Provide clients with performance updates, financial plans, and market insights for goal-based investment approaches.
- Prepare MIS and analytical reports for internal tracking and decision-mak
