About the Role

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our US Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Submit qualified profiles against bench requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.




- Coordinate with internal teams for profile submissions and follow-ups.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruiting processes.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and recruitment databases.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US shift environment.
