Role & responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of IT support technicians, fostering a team-oriented and efficient work environment.

2. Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.

3. Oversee the deployment, management, and support of mobile devices and applications.

4. Manage the packaging and deployment of software applications to ensure compatibility and performance.

5. Implement and maintain antivirus solutions to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.

6. Ensure timely distribution of software updates and patches to maintain system security and performance.

7. Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs for incidents, tasks, and change requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

8. Manage and deliver IT projects related to desktop support and other managed services.

9. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including procedures, user guides, and training materials.

10. Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.

Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

12.Prepare daily attendance for site and mail to corporate office.

13.Prepare DCR (Daily Call Report) for all site and mail to corporate office.

14.Engineer shift roster has to make based on call / project requirement and engineer training.

15.Assign, Monitor and complete H/W call tickets, mail tickets and oral requests.

16.Verify and close completed H/W call tickets and mail tickets. (Sometimes we have requested to do telephone verification).

17.Provide technical support to engineers.

18.Daily Repeat call report to be prepare.

19.Daily more than one hour call report to be prepare.

20.Project planning and follow up until complete.

21.Prepare monthly consolidated report.

22.Prepare monthly review meeting PPT.
